Stauffer suffered a fractured arm. John Bartus 72 of 734 E 92nd St died in Illinois Central Hospital from injuries after being hit by a truck at E 93rd St and S Cottage Grove Ave. Truck driver William Clifford 24 of 12354 S Union Ave was charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian.
