South Shore temple to break ground for new building
Ground will be broken around July 1 for a new South Shore temple at the southeast corner of 72nd street and Jeffery Avenue. The $300,000 structure will seat 1,200 for services and lectures, expanding from the 600-seat original at 7215 Jeffery. The Rev. G. George Fox era founded the congregation 23 years ago.
