Earl Fayard identified Robert Carr III of Norwich Conn as operator of a pickup pulled from a bog off Pineville Road in Devil's Swamp last April. Fayard, a Kiln resident and turkey hunter, said he helped after Carr offered $50 for a truck extraction. Tammy Huntley, 16, of Miami was found buried alive in a shallow grave in Devil's Swamp.
