Mississippi Weather Outlook for Friday to Saturday

Partly cloudy across the state with a 20 percent chance of showers. North and central regions warm Friday into Friday night then cool Saturday with highs in the upper 50s to around 60 and lows in the 40s to 50s. South Mississippi shows similar trends with highs near 60 to mid 60s and cooler Saturday.

Massachusetts man to face murder charge in Harrison County

A Massachusetts man Edward J. Burrill, 24, is to be extradited to Harrison County to face murder charges in the slaying of Vickie Sue Aigner, 25, whose nude body was found near Highway 49 south of Saucier. Aigner, once a New Orleans night club dancer, was killed by throat slashing and left dead for at least a day.

Death of 21-year-old Ronnie Entrekin under investigation

Ronnie Entrekin 21 of 233 Church Ave in North Biloxi died Thursday from personal safety related gunshot wounds. A .38 pistol was found with a note beside the body. The death occurred at his home where the body was found by his father, two brothers Timmy and Jimmy Entrekin, and cousin Rudy Moran. sheriff calls it under investigation.
