Explosive Tests Planned Off Pass Christian In Sound

Remains Found in Rubble of Gulfport Boarding House Fire
The 66 year old Joseph E. Nicholas was identified as the boarding house resident found beneath rubble two months after an Oct 9 fire gutted the two story wood frame structure at 1716 20th Ave Gulfport. Firefighters had rescued four occupants earlier and one was hospitalized. The fire’s cause remains undetermined while officials conduct tests unrelated to the building collapse and debris.
