The Mississippi Marine Resources Council reviewed its Coastal Zone Management program draft on Tuesday night but delayed any vote until next month at the earliest.
Biloxi's Indians defeated Gulfport Admirals 81 to 76 at B Frank Brown Gym with a final period surge by Jackie Laird's Big Red Machine who outscored Bert Jenkins' Big Blue 25 17.
