Windber arsonist seeks parole after lengthy sentence
Leo Arcurio of Windber has applied to the state board of pardons for parole while serving not less than six years and not more than 12 for arson. Acting District Attorney Fike will oppose the petition. Arcurio was convicted after three trials for murder and arson tied to fires in his home and a later Windber double house fire to collect insurance.

Pittsburgh May 25 The Pennsylvania Bankers Association discussed financing risk through credit pools rather than government loans or guarantees.
