Welfare Millions Passed in Pennsylvania Senate

Marauding Dogs Kill 16 Sheep in Paddytown Area
Four loose dogs attacked flocks near Kingwood and Ursina over the weekend. Eldon Sechler lost 13 of 46 ewes and six more require care. Neighbor Earl Lanner reported dog bites on three of his sheep. one lamb missing. Sechler and wife Loretta first spotted the dogs at 6:30 am Monday. Sechler shot two before the others fled.
