County commissioners canceled all prior notices of change of assessed values and said new notices will be issued for the 1974 real property revaluation.
Somerset County commissioners report the 1973 tax bills will use the same valuation method as previous years with notices of change for transfers, splits, improvements or demolitions. AVS will implement the new evaluation for 1974, with appeals and hearings continuing through the Board of Assessment Appeals.
