Hyndman Man Injured In Hillside Car Accident
A 68 year old Hyndman railroader, Charles Dwire, was injured when his car left a 50 foot embankment on Whitehorse Mountain on Saturday. Berlin firefighters freed him from the wreck before he was taken to Memorial hospital in Cumberland Maryland with minor facial cuts and bruises. His condition was listed as fair late Sunday night. The car overturned several times and rested on its side against a tree. Harvey Logue witnessed the crash and described the door being jammed. The vehicle was nearly a total loss.
