Death by Drowning of C F Edmiston in Acosta
Charles Frederick Edmiston known as Ike, 52, died by drowning Saturday night on his way home to Acosta. A 17 year old girl, Josephine Koezel, found the body Sunday morning and alerted authorities. Dr. A M Uphouse, coroner, estimated drowning around 12:30 a.m. after Edmiston left the Acosta hotel at midnight crossing a bridge. The body was later moved to Hay Funeral home in Boswell.
