A 228-car double deck parking facility behind the Governor Theatre and County Trust Co. is planned with Metering and a second level access. Neilan Engineers authorized to prepare construction plans for both projects, with current site changes aimed at saving an estimated 160 000 to 200 000.

12 Bodies Found In Water After Irish Plane Crash
