Snow and wind blast Pennsylvania as winter wanes
The weekend storm pounded much of Pennsylvania with winds to 63 mph and up to six inches of snow, closing I 80 to one lane for 53 miles and knocking out power. A church wing roof was torn and a trailer overturned in wind. Temperatures dropped to teens in Potter County and near 70 in parts of the state before a late winter storm eased.
