Rep Stephen McCann said there was no agreement after a half hour meeting with GOP and Democratic leaders. House Democrats want a broader Philadelphia vote investigation with Dauphin Delaware and Montgomery counties. Senate Republicans pushed through a resolution for a Philadelphia voting inquiry with five committee members named by the Senate president pro tempore. Recess is set until Sept 12.
