Johnstown Youth Accidently Shoots Brother
In Johnstown Pennsylvania on June 9 14 year old Victor Skrabut was killed when his 17 year old brother Joseph inadvertently fired a 30 caliber rifle from two guns in the living room. Joseph explained he grabbed the wrong gun and a faulty firing pin on the other rifle prevented discharge. No charges were filed and a coroner’s jury inquest is set for June 17.
