Elmer D. Kline of Somerset has been appointed director of the Bureau of Economic Development in the new Department of Community Affairs. Gov. Boswell Man Injured In Fatal Crash
James Murphy 20 of Boswell, IU of Pittsburgh student, drove a two passenger foreign sports car that flipped after swerving to avoid a construction barricade. Willis Nirnberger 21 of Ben Avon died.
