Death by own action ends life of Alfred Neunos
Alfred Neunos aged 23 a former Jenner township miner and Scranton area worker was found hanged from a tree at Clark's Summit after attempting drowning in a gravel pond. He had been missing since December 21 and left an abandoned automobile later found. state police ruled no connection to the Kingston murder case. Boyd Picking son of Mr and Mrs Jay F Picking Jr will take his master in architecture at Yale next June. He spoke before the Somerset Rotary club at its weekly meeting at the Ferner hotel Friday noon. He spent three months in Europe studying buildings in England Germany Italy Switzerland and Holland and showed lantern slides. Donald Berkey operated the lantern. The club had a 100 percent meeting of its 43 members with many accompanied by their sons.

Salisbury Woman Dies by Her Own Hand
A 46 year old Salisbury woman and mother of five, Anna Moser, died Friday morning after shooting herself with a 22 caliber revolver. The weapon came from a son’s hunting gear and she had loaded all six chambers. Coroner Sass reported she had been despondent for some time and that an inquest was unnecessary. Funeral services are set for Sunday at 2:30 at the Moser home.
