JAIL YOUTHS FOR ASSAULT IN SOMERSET BOROUGH
Two Somerset borough youths were arrested by borough policemen late Tuesday for attacks on two teenage girls on South Edgewood avenue the night of December 16. They appeared before Justice of the Peace Charles J Harrison for a preliminary hearing and were committed to the borough lockup pending action. One youth was said to have attacked and torn the girls clothing and knocked them to the street in a second assault. The second youth is believed to have remained in the car during the incident.
