Harrisburg December 26 Organized school teachers of Pennsylvania began arriving for their annual convention with a demand for higher salaries. The Pennsylvania State Education Assn representing about 100000 teachers will open its three day meeting here tomorrow. Delegates will consider a $100 permanent pay raise for the 1957-58 and 1958-59 years and a $200 rise for teachers with 80 or more years of service.
