Justice of the Peace H. S. Whip perman of Somerset committed Mary C. Heller, 52, of Garrett, to the county jail Monday evening for surety of the peace. She was moved to Somerset State hospital Tuesday. W. E. Bradford of Albright, W. Va., and Theodore Ravenscroft of Holsapple were discharged from the county jail Tuesday.
