Boswell 21 year old Leo DeLuca remained in critical condition at Johnstown Memorial Hospital Thursday after a Wednesday afternoon shooting on the Burker’s restaurant porch. Donald Ray Lepley 17 and a cousin fled to Ernest E. Korns farm before being taken into custody. Lepley says he acted in jest and did not intend to shoot. The gun originally belonged to DeLuca who had lent it to Lepley last Thursday.
