Death takes Sen Norbeck in Redfield South Dakota
United States Senator Peter Norbeck of South Dakota died at his home in Redfield at noon after a long illness. He was 66. The death was announced by his brother George Norbeck. The immediate cause was coronary hypertension. death followed a cancerous tongue and jaw development. He had surgery at Mayo Clinic in March.
