Edgewood Aerie 1801 F. O. E. of Somerset hosts its second annual Christmas party Saturday afternoon for Somerset and surrounding youngsters under 12. More than 700 attended last year. Santa Claus will distribute gifts, with a program of entertainment set. The event starts at 2 pm in street level rooms of the club building on South Edgewood avenue near West Main street. Children need not be Somerset residents or club relatives, and attendance is open to all under 12. The club will staff crowd control with Somerset police, allowing parents to shop. John Schell chairs the organizing committee. The club recently donated a substantial sum to the Children's Aid Society, whose residents will be guests of honor.

Tragic end of vacation on Biscayne Bay
