He died at Windber hospital after the 1 30 am crash authorities said the driver Hadley A Stewart of Johnstown was not held and an inquest was planned. Dinga an Austrian immigrant who came to America in 1909 had worked for Berwind White Coal since arriving here. This marked Somerset county 39th fatality of 1941.
