Daniel W. Seibert longtime Somerset educator and public figure died Friday in Somerset township after 16 days of illness. Born May 20 1882 he served as county superintendent of schools for three terms and promoted rural vocational training. He is survived by his wife Madge Holderbaum and eight children. Funeral services Monday at the family home with I O O F in charge.

Uniontown state police questioned Robert L. Hagan Gray Miller and Martin J. Adams all of Connellsville on suspicion of kidnaping after Paul Show 22 of Confluence said he was forced into a car tortured robbed and thrown from the vehicle.
