The Laurel Highland Ski Slope Twirlers of Somerset invite girls ages five to nineteen in Somerset County to join. The group, led by Mrs. Gene Stayrook, emphasizes belonging, poise, and confidence through drills and parades. They performed in 19 parades in 1970 and have 50 invitations for the coming year.
