Shapp Signs Drivers Fee Hikes Into Law
In Harrisburg the Senate passed increased auto truck and driver registration fees and Gov. Shapp signed the measure into law. The bill raises auto registrations to 24 and station wagons to 26, drivers licenses to 5, adding 122 million to the motor license fund for highway resurfacing snow removal and bridge work.
