Three Men Released From County Jail In Somerset Case
Charles W. Platt 31 Holsapple was committed to Somerset county jail Saturday for disorderly conduct and assault and battery but released by justice of the peace. Also released were Richard Washbaugh 18 R D 4 Johnstown and William Himes 19 R D 4 Johnstown. Ernest Molesy 29 Boswell, freed on bond, remained jailed December 12 on forgery charges. Washbaugh and Himes were jailed December 4 for being AWOL.
