Traffic accidents in the ice bound Somerset area injure two people and cause $1,200 in damage. A two car collision on N Center Avenue at 10 30 a m hurt a passenger. Ida Latshaw 83 of Rockwood RD 2 hospitalized in fair condition after a car driven by Warren Wittman lost its brakes and struck her vehicle. Patricia McCutchen 34 of Monroeville was southbound and struck a utility pole after falling asleep at the wheel. Auto damage totaled 500 with 100 to the pole.
