He waived hearing and will appear before the grand jury January 27 1947 following an December 4 altercation in Confluence. Kemp accuses Hoyt of slugging him. He was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter for the fatal stabbing of Henry A Bieniasz at Friedens Firemens club.
