He said he feared disclosure of how he first heard of Teitelbaum and claimed his advice was to go to the IRS and settle what he owed. Clayton Allen Terhune, 28, of Wayne New Jersey, convicted of first degree murder for the Emerald Park killing near Stoystown, was sentenced to life in the Western Penitentiary by Judge Thomas F.
