Two Somerset Motorists Hurt In Route 53 Crash
Two Somerset county motorists were slightly injured in a Route 53 crash near Friedens at 8 15 pm Saturday. Frank E Shaffer 23 of Somerset RD 1 and Andrew Pluta 26 of Stoystown were treated after their cars collided head on about a mile north of Friedens. Shaffer lost three teeth and had cuts and bruises while Pluta had bruises to the nose and chest. Property damage totaled 800 dollars.
