Berlin council enacts site annexation for county home
Berlin borough approves two ordinances at its last meeting authorizing annexation of the county home site and a contract among the borough the Municipal Authority and the Somerset County Institution District. The district will build the county home on a no cost site offered by Patrick Broderick after state welfare and health approval with water and sewage system upgrades to follow.
