A 21-year-old man was arrested in Louisville on voluntary manslaughter after a Levittown Pennsylvania couple described a deadly auto rambling duel between Raymond Renfro of Valley Station and Vernon Montgomery of Liberty. Paint and skid marks suggested at least six ramming exchanges as Montgomery was thrown from his overturned car. Montgomery, an GE assembly worker, died on the highway.
