Four teen-agers age 15 to 18 were indicted on first degree murder charges for a weeks long brutal beating and torture in Brooklyn parks that left two men dead. Jerome Lieberman Melvin Mittman Jack Koslow and Robert Trachtenberg face the death penalty if convicted with automatic not guilty pleas entered per New York law. He pleaded guilty to two morals charges during a hearing in Squire Whipperman s office and posted 509 to appear in the December term. Prosecutor Mrs Lois Mitchell Faidley of Confluence RD 3 also pleaded guilty to a morals charge and posted 500 bond to appear in December term. The Faidleys husband Harold Faidley, overseas with the service, has not seen his wife since 195? according to the office.
