A four man burglary ring tied to crimes in Fayette and Westmoreland counties was arrested in Connellsville this week. William Chambers Lewis Brenchi Ernest Humbertson and Ear Fuller all of Connellsville confessed to burglary at the Ski Hi Way restaurant near Rhoads airport and the Magnet service station in Bakersville. Stolen cigarets merchandise cash and a small sum were taken from the two Somerset county locations. Police report juke box tampering and telephone line damage at the airport site. About 75 dollars was taken from the Magnet station cash register. Detainers will be lodged after Fayette county authorities press charges.
