The Pennsylvania Forests and Waters Department awarded a 244 432 dollar contract to Irvin T Miller Inc Burgettstown for unit two of the Windber flood control project. The 650 foot concrete channel runs 30 feet wide west of Graham Ave and will start after Labor Day as part of a three unit plan with levies on Paint Creek and Seese Creek.
