A Bradford one-year-old girl Paula Cunningham died from injuries suffered in a freight car crash that also killed her mother Mrs. James Cunningham 22 and grandmother Mrs. Horace Cunningham 52 at a Pennsylvania Railroad crossing on Route 59 in Warren County. Father James Cunningham 22 and Horace Cunningham 56 were injured and James Jr. 3 escaped unharmed.
