Rockwood man arrested for malicious mischief with explosives
Marling Briskey of Rockwood R D 2 was arrested Wednesday for malicious mischief with explosives. He allegedly planted a box with 15 dynamite caps in E J O Briens threshing machine. Pfc Paul W Lutz of Pennsylvania state police Somerset barracks made the arrest. Briskey pleaded guilty at a hearing before Squire William Sembower and was jailed in default of a $1000 bond.
