Yocham Sentenced Second Time In Murder and Robbery Case
Rickie Allen Yocham twenty was sentenced Thursday for robbery and conspiracy to run concurrently with a life term issued August seven. President Judge Charles H Coffroth imposed ten to twenty years for robbery and two years for conspiracy. The earlier life sentence stemmed from first degree murder in the death of Vera Catherine Horner.

Harrisburg House approves $2,500 raise for top officials
