The State Department of Health reported copies of letters from its Pittsburgh regional office to Berlin borough the Borough Authority and Somerset County Commissioners in July. The letters to Duncan Lagnese and Associates confirmed preliminary water supply and sewage treatment plans for the proposed county home. Navy to add 42 ships to operating fleet
