10th Regiment Band To Play Here Sunday P.M
The second in a series of summer concerts sponsored by the Somerset civic improvement committee will be presented Sunday August 27 at 7 30 p.m. on the court house plaza. The musical treat will be furnished by the famed 110th regiment band under the direction of Captain Don M Kimmel. The initial concert was presented in June by the Somerset Community band Chester L Singer directing. The 110th regiment band was organized during the first World War and has been kept active through the efforts of Captain Kimmel its World War I director and his friends.
