A 21 year old former Rockwood resident, Corporal Frank A. Harah, was killed in action in Vietnam on August 3 near Trang Bang after earlier being wounded by small arms fire. He was a Schenley High School and Penn Technical Institute graduate and worked for Xerox in Rochester before enlistment. He served in the 25th Infantry Division.
