Milo J. Musgrave longtime Area Personality of the Week and secretary of the Somerset Area School District board announces retirement effective January 1. A Somerset native born February 16, 1903, he worked in highways and the turnpike before joining the local school system. He has held posts with Wills Grange Portage Lodge 220 F and AM and Somerset Community Hospital and served as first president of the Somerset Joint School system.
