Turnpike Awards 15.8 Million for Laurel Hill Bypass and Allegheny Tunnel
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission awarded 15.8 million dollars in contracts Thursday for a Laurel Hill four-lane bypass around the existing tunnel and a new Allegheny Mountain tunnel.
