WTC Names New LVN Instructor For Western Texas College
Mrs. Sylvia Diggs is added to Western Texas College as LVN instructor. She earned a 1962 nursing degree from Evangelical Deaconess Hospital School in Wisconsin and became a Registered Nurse that year. Diggs previously taught at Cooke County Junior College and held staff and head nurse roles at several hospitals. She and husband James J. Diggs reside at 3710 Avondale.
