Failure Found In Cisco Sand At Texas Company Well No 202 Fuller
The Texas Company completed its No 202 P. L. Fuller Cisco sand test after pulling back from the Strawn. It pumped 24 hours yielding about 55.03 barrels of 41.1 gravity oil with eight percent sediment and sand. No formation water was present. Production came from Cisco perforations at 6,123 to 6,139 feet in southeast quarter of section 498-97-H&TC. It tested the Pennsylvanian and Strawn but produced none in either zone. A drillstem test is planned for American Trading & Production No 1-A Elmer Howell Ellenburger project in Southeast Scurry, currently at 7,451 feet in Ellenburger dolomite. The core hole is being prepared to bottom, with test expected to start tomorrow. Drilling reports note General Crude No 1 C. V. O'Keefe in Kent County drilling below 4,315 feet, Sinclair No 1 Roy Reeder in Northeast Borden wildcat below 6,662 feet, and Hunt No 1 Hodnett in Mitchell wildcat below 3,565 feet.
