Walters Accuses Former Aides in Watergate Makeover

US balance of payments worsens in first quarter 1973
The Commerce Department reported a sharp deterioration in the first quarter balance of payments with the official reserve transactions balance at a deficit of 10.2 billion and the net liquidity balance at a deficit of 6.8 billion.
