Buying Practice Of Majors Attacked By TIPRO Speaker

He said purchasers favor prorating in states with demand limits but push output in states without controls, citing Texas as an eight-day production cap and Wyoming wells selling at 800 barrels daily. Force warned that interstate practices fuel 600000 barrels of oil daily being imported into Texas and urged major buyers to reform to avoid antitrust action.
