Texas Water Commission will consider a motion for rehearing at 2 p.m. on May 23 regarding the permit awarded to Colorado River Municipal Water District for a dam 25 miles southeast of Ballinger. A Dallas woman Kathleen Gradi was found guilty of murder for the stabbing death of her 11-year-old son who had a screwdriver driven through his eye and of voluntary manslaughter in the beating and stabbing death of her 8-year-old daughter.
